Can any one help me with this? I think it's an extension problem but I can't seem to remember what I installed last to take it out.  All my inits seem to be loading and then at the last one I crash and have to re-boot with out the extensions loading at all.

Use the Extensions Manager to help you. If you hold down the Space Bar at startup the EM will come up. Turn off half the Extensions and/or Control Panels and let it continue. If you do not crash, the offending init (Extension) or cdev (Control Panel) is in the batch that you turned off. If you crash, the reverse is true. Keep dividing by two the number of inits and cdevs that are turned on (the activated set should contain the offender) until you have only one. Then you can remove it. Divide and conquer.
