Need NewerTech LinkCom init string

What init string would one use for a NewerTech LinkCom modem with FreePPP?  Can this modem be used reliably on a Performa 6400?

1) Use AutoDetect with FreePPP. It works great for me.
2) Yes, it will work fine on you 6400.

If you do not like the plan in part 1, go to
http://www.hotbot.com
and search for "init string"
this will bring up all kinds of resources and information for you to explore.
