Well, actually there is't.
The only thing you can possibly do, is use a <INPUT TYPE=IMAGE ..
to submit and then create the same page but with VALUE="" or VALUE=whatever you like.
The only other way is to use an <INPUT TYPE=BUTTON..and use an  onClick= in order to execute a JavaScript function that would clear the fields, which should be easy.

Sure, do you want JScript code or CGI code to do the reset trick?(JScript is better but JScript is not supported by all browsers)

Well, this is not tested but u can try something like
[SCRIPT LANGUAGE=JAVASCRIPT]  (doesn't allow the u know what chars :)

function clearit()
{
      document.myform.mytext.value=""
      document.myform.mypass.value=""
}
[/SCRIPT]

blah blah
[FORM NAME= myform METHOD=POST ACTION=http://myserver.com/cgi-bin/xxxx.cgi]

NAME[BR]
[INPUT TYPE=TEXT NAME=mytext SIZE=40][BR]
PASS[BR]
[INPUT TYPE=PASSWORD NAME=mypass SIZE=10][BR]
..
[A HREF="javascript:clearit()"][IMG SRC=myimage BORDER=0][/A]
[/FORM]

or something like that
