When I start Delphi3 (German edition) under WIN95 often the error message appears:&quot;Fehler beim Setzen des Debug-Exception-Hook&quot; (in English perhaps:Error on setting then debug-exception-hook). It is independent from the projekt. What is the reason ? And how can I avoid this ?
