Update Windows Desktop after Registry change

I want to update the windows desktop after i have made some changes to the Windows Registry(EX Wallpaper).

I dont want to reboot.

I found a function called ResetDisplay in the WIN32 Help file, but Delphi dosent seem to reconize it. And i dont know if that is the function i need to do this.

You can use the SystemParametersInfo API with SPI_SETDESKWALLPAPER param. This will change the wallpaper, and refresh the window.
