Hi !

There is a bit little information you give us. But i try to answer :

TPU stands for 'Turbo Pascal Unit' A such unit is a collection of functions and procedure which do diffrent things. If you are looking for a collection of graphics routines, people call that "graphics interface", the BGI (Borland Graphics Interface), stored int the unit GRAPH.TPU which comes with Turbo/Borland Pascal is a such, if you are looking for routines to play sound on a sound card, you probably mean a "player" a such one is for
example the MIDAS - sound system. I don't know a library where you can get TPU files only, cos they're too diffrent. much units are included in Borland/Pascal and you can find them in the unit-
directory there (\BP\UNITS)

Check out http://www.geocities.com/SiliconValley/Peaks/1620

there are some good links to libraries which include useful units. But YOU should know what you want !

Good luck, i think it isn't too hard to find something what is interessting for ya.

Greets, Omsec !
