The ODBC driver for Access 7.0 should be installed during Access (or Office Pro) instalation. All you have to do is to define a BDE alias with this driver. You have to:
1. Install and/or configure Access ODBC driver (use odbc32ad.exe).  You should install a new data source for Access and then choose name of a *.mdb file.
2. Launch BDE Config, add just installed ODBC driver on the Drivers page, then add new Alias for this driver on Aliases page. Here (on the aliases page) you can also define the path to the *.mdb file.
3. After performing these steps you can acces this alias from Delphi (TTable.DatabaseName).

If you have problems with instalation of the Access ODBC driver (it should be installed during Access instalation), I can send it to you.
