Make sure your CDialogBar does not have the WS_VISIBLE style on it.

Yes, I know that. But how can I do it before the CDialogBar is created ? I don´t want it to appear for a short moment when the command create is called.

In the class, you can use ModifyStyle(WS_VISIBLE, 0) to turn off that style.
