Hi,
Is there a simple way to call another application from Delphi (for example arj,to get me a file compressed or decompressed)

Yes,For example if you wanted to run the calculator program, you type in :

WinExec('calc.exe',1);

1 is the normal state. Please note that the program you want to execute must be within single quotes. You can also give full paths.
