I have not used Eudora Pro in a long while, but there should be an export function in the address book. If there is not, then you could locate the address book file/s and copy them to the other PC.

Best thing to do is to locate the text file that contains the information. By default this is called NNDBASE.TXT that is stored in the WINDOWS directory. You can copy this file to a disk, install it on the second PC  and edit the second NNDBASE.TXT using a simple text editor (or copy the good address book file over the bad one).
You'll notice the structure is always the same : alias <nickname> <email-address>
