Uninstalling/removing programs under winnt4

I just installed Power toys. I made the mistake of installing the whole thing, even though I just
wanted Tweak UI.
Now, when I start winnt4, I get a message that some of these programs, like 'fexiCD' are not supported by winnt4.
I tried to uninstall it(from within 'control panel' > 'add/remove ...' and with Tweak UI ), but only partially,
I still have that icon on the taskbar on the right-hand corner.
Anybody with an idea on how to COMPLETELY get rid of unwanted programs?.
TIA,

Have you tried a Uninstaller program?

Have you tried clicking start, settings, taskbar, Start Menu Programs, Remove?

I deleted/removed via your last suggestion (taskbar >
start Menu ..). Things got worse because also, I
deleted another related program. The first one is
'FlexiCD', the related utility is 'Aux.CX extender'.
After the deletion, when rebooting, now I get two
error messages saying something like:
'16-bit program not supported by winnt'
Thanks for your good intentions.
