How do you setup NT 4.0 to use the EPA pollution preventer energy saving device for the monitor

  Is there anyway to use the EPA pollution preventer energy saving device on my monitor with NT?  I use to uses it on 95.

Windows NT 4.0 does not support the power-saving features of Energy Star-compliant monitors.This behavior is by design. But it will be added in Windows NT 5.0.
