DOS & Windows 3.1X mouse
     drivers and relatively "bullet-proof"installation program
automatically removes former mouse drivers, installs new
ones, and ensures correct driver configuration. For any
Mouse Systems, 2- or 3-button mouse.

Genius mouse driver v10.31 for all
models, include DOS, Windows 3.x and Windows 95
     drivers

Just try one of these drivers in AUTOEXEC.BAT or CONFIG.SYS (depends
on driver) and your DOS Red Alert will work. Also high chances
that you already have driver on HD in \MOUSE folder. Then you
just need install it in CONFIG.SYS or AUTOEXEC.BAT
