Mpeg to Quicktime converter that does audio also.

Hi all.  I'm looking and having a hard time finding software that converts an Mpeg-1 file with muxed audio to quicktime with audio.  I tried PlayItCool, that does the video but not the audio.  Sparkle just complains right away about not being able to support muxed audio.  I don't really care what platform it runs on, Mac or Win95 or even SGI for that matter.

Thanks

OK, well I did get the latest Quicktime extensions from apple.  That allowed me to play the mpeg but not convert it.  It sounds like what you are saying is that Quicktime 3 is different, like an application instead of extensions?  I'll look into that when I get back to work, I don't have a mac here at home.

Thanks,
Dieter

nope it is still an extension however the movieplayer app that comes with it will open mpeg files with sound then you can save them as QT files.

OK, sounds good.  I'll give it a shot when I get back to work.  Thanks again...
