Setting P233 MMX to P266 MMX

How can i set my P233 MMX to P266 MMX, i have a asus TX97-E,
i wanted to know the settings... like the cpu voltage,bus frequencie,  frequencie ratio.

IF you want to overclock your cpu which can be bad for it you have to use bus of 66mhz and 4.0X or if you can go 75mhz and 3.5X for more info go to www.tomshardware.com
