VPC help

Whenever I launch Virtual PC The screedn just comes up with the message "disk error etc, replace and start again"(It was pretty much like that, I seem to have forgotten).  Could someone tell me what the problem is?

that message basically means you dont have a valid startup disk with windows 95 or dos on it. you need to reinstall VPC with the win 95 preinstalled on the drive C disk image. also try choosing that disk image (to use as your disk c) from within preferences.
