Just a simple question.
Is the any mailing list just for c/c++ programming?

Yes there is for C++. It is called c_plus_plus and it is covering the language and object-oriented programming.

    majordomo@world.std.com
with
    subscribe c_plus_plus
in the message body.

As far as I know, there is no specific for standard C.
