Second off, you don't tell us what you want to do with excel. &nbsp;I don;t think you can use the OLE control in an active x control, but I am pretty sure you can create a reference to excel, which for 0 points, I am not explaining how. &nbsp;<br />

I am developing a Active X control in VB. I am trying to load excel from this project. But when i try to see help i get a error saying that help file &quot;vbaxl8.hlp&quot; not found. I searched in all Office'97 CD and also in Visula Studio CDs, but this file is not present. Does asnyone know how I can get this file?<br />
