I am developing a Active X control in VB. I am trying to load excel from this project. But when i try to see help i get a error saying that help file "vbaxl8.hlp" not found. I searched in all Office'97 CD and also in Visula Studio CDs, but this file is not present. Does asnyone know how I can get this file?
This is very very urgent as i am unable to proceed without help.

First off, you offer no points
Second off, you don't tell us what you want to do with excel.  I don;t think you can use the OLE control in an active x control, but I am pretty sure you can create a reference to excel, which for 0 points, I am not explaining how.

The file: vbaxl8.hlp is located in the office directory on the office 97 cd rom.

If you don't have the cd it's tough luck for no points
