When I want to add or modify a date time field in Delphi 3 or in the Database Module, I get the error "Error on converting Character string in Datetime". I am working with MS SQL Server Database.

Set the USE INTERNATIONSL SETTINGS of your MS SQL CLIENT to OFF.

I am using an Spanish version of Windows NT in which the Date Regional Settings are set to d/MM/yy. With delphi, this is OK, but the only way to make it work with MS SQL is this.

This question should have put into the MS SQL header.

Tell if it works.
