SO I HAVE TO CONFIGURE IT , I SUPPOSE ? Where can I find that . I already downloaded a file sendmail. tar.gz , there were a lot of subdir's and readme 's , but what do I have to include really ?

On a UNIX server (it appears this is the case) you most likely do have a sendmail program. To determine the location of the program try using on of the following command:
which sendmail
whereis sendmail

Then copy the results into your configuration.
