animation : make a color transparent

I have to do an animation with a bitmap on a bitmapped-background. I want do make a color of the bitmap of the animation transparent (like some gif in internet) so i can draw a ball that IS a ball (without that white rectangle around).

You'll need to images for that: One is the Mask - the black mask of your image on a white background. The second is the actual image on the white background. Then, using PaintPicture with VBScrCopy as the OpCode, put the mask on the form. Then using PaintPicture with VbSRCAnd as OpCode
