I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you're using VB 5, you can use the Win32 functions FindFirstFile and FindNextFile to browse through a directory. Once you have the file names, you can use GetFileTime to get the date/time stamp of the file.

oops, I should have been a bit more specific about the e-mail server...does your solution also include if you're trying to find this info on an Exchange Server Public folder??
