X-configuration fails

The configuration of the X-Window-System via XF86Setup fails while I try to chose a graphic card (Matrox Millenium). The programm says the SVGA Server is not installed. ?

You must have installed   /usr/X11R6/bin/XF86_SVGA
and have a link  /usr/X11R6/bin/X  to it.
