DBGrid Control

I am using ActiveX control called "DBGrid Control" in a Dialog application with MFC. I cannot insert a new row in this control. Could anyone with the experience to this control can tell me if it supports multi-row and how to insert a new row?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. You may want to consider the MS FlexGrid control instead.
To set the number of rows and columns, you would use the
SetCols(ncols) and SetRows(nrows) member functions.

Since this control automaticly binds to a database, it will add the rows when needed. If you want the user to be able to add new rows, set the .AllowAddnew=True

Dear hbh:

I have tried using DBGrid but could not figure out how to get started. How do I "bind" an Acess data base with the DBGrid so it fills the rows and columns automatically. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I posted this question in the past but it was not answered. Thanks a lot.
