Changing taskbar icon tooltip

How can you change the taskbar icon (szTip) at RUN-TIME. I can set it at design time quite easily, but I want it to update according to what the application is doing.

Take the Resource Meter that comes with Win '95 for example. The caption of the tooltip changes when the resources change.

I think you have to call "Shell_NotifyIcon(NIM_MODIFY, @MyIconData);" to reinitialize the hint.

Before calling:
  MyIconData.cbSize := SizeOf(TNotifyIconData);
  MyIconData.uFlags := NIF_TIP;
  MyIconData.szTip := 'Whatever...';
