Changing document in frame on "OnLoad".

I have my screen divided into 4 frames.  First I divided left and right, then up and down.
In my lower right frame (infoFrame), when a document loads in it, I wish to use Javascript to also change the document in the lower left frame (sideFrame).  I can't get any javascript to do this.  I'm sure it's very easy, but I'm still new to javascript.  Any help?

Try to put this into your document:

<BODY onLoad="window.open('aSidePage.htm', 'sideFrame');">

This makes your browser load aSidePage.htm into frame "sideFrame".
