The following site indexes many of the freeware/shareware
depositories on the web.
http://boole.stanford.edu/nerdsheaven.html

Of these, you will find C++ source code in at least

filepile (search using 'cpp') & SUNET

Please note, these are the only two I checked, and I checked them
only very cursorily.   You will need to search the linked depositories to find what you need, be it sample code, or functioning programs or tools, or ...
