How can I do report only for one record without filtering

You must create code in OnNeedData:

begin
   QRLabel1.Caption:=Name;
   QRLabel2.Caption:=adres;
   QRLabel3.Caption:=Age;
   MoreData := False
end;

And in BeforePrint
 begin
   PrintReport := True;
 end;
