FrontPage should have created some default directories on your HD.  Look in c:\FrontPage Webs\Content\template or just in c:\FrontPage Webs\Content.

(That is, if you let FP create the default directories when it installed.)

There are also some template files in c:\Program Files\Microsoft Frontpage\webs.  If you go there, you will see a list of directories that contain a few templates.
