One option would be to play the ra file with RealPlayer while at the same time recording it to a wav file with the sound recorder.  This assumes that you have a full-duplex sound card, of course.

For those without full duplex speakers, like myself, there is another option.  Hook up a simple tape player to your computer and play the RA song while recording it on tape.  Play the tape back and record it with sound recorder.  This is actually easier then it sounds, and with practice it can be fairly efficient.  As to software allowing the RA conversion, I have no support for it yet.

Actually all i was looking for was a pointer to a program that would do the converting for me. I really dont want to mess around with the tape player work around.

Download the program named Ra2Wav, it should be the first one on the page. It will directly convert RealAudio files to Windows *.wav. Cant get much easier than that eh?
