How to implement a JAVA Virtual Machine?
May I get the source files of JVM in JAVA or C(C++)?

You can licence them from Sun but that will cost you a bundle of $$$.

Alternativley, you can read the docs on the byte stream and, based on that build your own. Though I would not recommend that approach.
