Working with MAPI

I am trying to write a program to connect with  MS Exchange I am not sure how to go about it so I am not offing a great deal of points, but if someone can give me some information about working with MAPI or a good component set to use I will give more points.

In the Delphi SuperPage, there is a component with full source,
which uses MAPI to send mail.
File name is temail2.zip. Found in the InVisible Components category.
