Can anyone help me to source-code or documentation on converting graphics files (.PCX or .BMP) to the HEX format?
I don't know if HEX is a standard graphics format, but I do know Zebra printers need image-information in this format to print images.

hex is not a graphics format. you cannot view an image in hex. hex means 'hexadecimal' this is a mathematic numeric format based on 16. u might know things like 03DA:04CF these are hex-numbers for example of a segment:offset - memory address. so it would have no sentence when you convert a binary PCX or anything else into hext format, btw, i can't do that, but u could view a such file in hex. but this only show ya kinda table of bytes in thr file. i dont think these printers need info in hex. a PCX or any other file includes already a header that stores information like xSize, ySize or Colors. You only have to use a correct driver or a good graphics program to print the images from there.
