INSERT INTO (SQL)

Hi, I need to insert a text field
let say (Bird's Eye) .
Ah ha ! See the problem .
SQL Insert requires me to put in Quotes (') before and after a string . For my case , a additional quote is found
and this generate an error to me .
For those who know how to to solve this problem please
help me .Okay . Thanks

  Use double quote: "Bird's Eye", or if you are using RDO in
VB to insert, use single quote 'Bird''s Eye' in the insert SQL string.
