Counting items in a listbox

My listbox loads from a file (LoadFromFile) of strings each time the form is activated because the items can change quite often.

I want to display how many items there are in the listbox, i.e. perform a count of items in it.

THE CODE IS: LISTBOX1.ITEMS.COUNT;
