SpeedDoubler or CopyDoubler?

I had CopyDoubler 2.0.7 running on my Mac Performa 630 (68K) and then I installed SpeedDoubler 2.0.3.
But when I restarted, I got a  message saying SpeedDoubler can't run if CopyDoubler is running.

So I guess I have to make a choice. Either I trash SpeedDoubler or CopyDoubler. Any suggestions on which one I should trash ?
