VRML to DXF

I need to convert VRML (1 or 2) files into DXF files... (I use on a win95 machine).

Any Ideas......(pref shareware utilitys!)

To convert from VRML to DXF download AccuTrans 3D for Windows 95 / NT
from

http://www.unibase.com/~4dsol/accutrans/at3d1.html

The program is fully operational for a period of 30 days or 120 runs.
