NOT ABLE TO INSTALL STAR PRINTER

   I'm trying to install a Star NX-1000 II. I am using a 386DX40 w/Win95. When I try to install, it's telling me that
something about some of my files are missing. Therefore, it's
not allowing me to go any further than choosing manufacturer and model. After that it tells me some files are missing or that it can't find something to do with WIN95...
