tcp/ip connection on win95 and aol 30

I have windows95(plus), and aol 30, and i want to know how i can
set up a tcp/ip connection, or whatever, so i can run apps that need
a true internet connection off of aol...  I esecially want to run the
program "Hotline" (www.hotlinesw.com)

In order to use applications such as Hotline from AOL, you MUST be running the 32 bit version of AOL.  i.e., AOL for Windows 95.  Check your version and make sure it says "For Windows 95"...if not, check keyword: upgrade.

actually i just renamed the winsock.old file to winsock.dll anyway and hotline worked great... but i'll give you the points anyway

hope you didn't have to use an older version of winsock.dll to get it to work.
