I have windows95(plus), and aol 30, and i want to know how i can

In order to use applications such as Hotline from AOL, you MUST be running the 32 bit version of AOL.  i.e., AOL for Windows 95.  Check your version and make sure it says "For Windows 95"...if not, check keyword: upgrade.
