Why different number of "new page templates" on different PC installs of FP98?

I have installed FP98 on several different machines. On two machines, when I open FIle = New in the Editor, there are many more available templates for pages than on the other machines. Exactly the same install procedures. What gives?

Possibilities:
(1) some installs run out of disk-space,
but didn't tell you that some of the
templates weren't loaded.
(2) other computers already had some
templates available *before* you installed FP98.
So, you get a list of "new" plus "previous" templates.
