CAn anuone tell me what is the meaning of "No current record" ~ run-time error 6163? This is a DBGrid run-time error.

This error means u r pointing to a record when it doesn't exist--it can happen because u have deleted a record and not moved from that record or u have moved past/before the last/first record.In the latter case check for recordset.EOF/BOF to find whether u have moved past the last or first record.
After deleting a record always move from there.
