Can't get a program to re-install

I have asked this question once... I thought I had been given the correct answer.... But obviously not. If you have a way to read the previous question and answer, it may help.

Copy the directory that works is installing from to the hard drive, Manually.
Then install works from the installation files you just copied to the HDD.
