Hi,
You may get help about Microsoft Internet Controls.
I have read it's possible to add them to the ComponentPalet
with Project/import Type Library -action. After then,
there should be TWebBrowser - component, with it
should access into IE-libraries wery powerfull.
But, I haven't check this becouse I don't have Delphi3

You can still do it in D2 by importing the OCX which is in
c:\winnt\system32\shdocvw. dll
importing it will create on D2 a unit with interfaces to the OCX objects in the DLL
