Are there any programs as such mentioned in the title for PCs with Win95 OS? I was lead to Expert Exchange via a Mac Application question posted back on 01/97 but the answer isnt available anymore.

Looking for a software program that would act as the blackbox.  I have an ATI Allinwonder video card which has an onboard tuner.

Are your corporate email signatures appalling?

Is it scary how unprofessional your email signatures look? Do users create their own terrible designs and give themselves stupid job titles? You can make this a lot easier for yourself by choosing an email signature management solution from Exclaimer today.

Ok I was out of the loop for awhile.  The site had code for programming eprom for European cable descrambling.  Thanks for the info Gravity but it still hasnt answer the question.  All that I know is that HP seems to make some management hardware for cable companies, so Im wondering what kind of software they might have.  Maybe there isnt a program of this type.  Maybe its time to start a project to create such a program/emulator.
