Message in the TcheckListBox

Hello
I want to be notified then the TopIndex in the TcheckListBox is  changing.
Please, help me how can I do it.

DoubleClick the OnClickCheck-event in the object-inspector,
and insert this code:

if CheckListBox1.ItemIndex=CheckListBox1.TopIndex then
begin
   //  do your stuff
end;
