Hi,
The app i'm writing is basically a text editor. However, for some reason, when i run it now, the mouse can't be used to move the cursor around! When i try,  then mouse pointer turns into a stop sign! Can anyone tell me why it's doing this?
Cheers, nik

Yo PiersBull!

I guess you've set dragMode property of your TMemo do dmAutomatic. This means that when the user pushes the mouse button on the memo, the program automatically is going over to 'dragmode'. Just put dragmode to dmManual and everything should be OK again.

Regards, Zif.

It is also possible you set the 'Cursor' property to 'crNo'.
