In Delphi 3 (I believe the same goes for Delphi 2) there should be an internet tab.  Here you will find all the ActiveX componets for developing an internal browser.  You should also be able to find a few examples in the DEMOS directory.

I know that already Phillipf but i want to include a REAL browser like IE or Netscape (4.0).

Look at HOMESITE (example) they include a recent tech browser.
