Question about ListView component

I'm using a ListView component to display a list of files (similar to the filelist component)
Is there a way to get the item index of a particular file when the mouse cursor is over it??

The ViewStyle property of the ListView is fixed to vsIcon and I'm running Delphi 3.0 professional edition

Thanks in Advance,
Ermac

From Delphi Help File:

GetItemAt returns the list item at the specified position.

function GetItemAt(X, Y: Integer): TListItem;

Description

Call GetItemAt to obtain the TListItem object for the list item found at the position specified by the X and Y parameters. X and Y specify the coordinates of the position, in pixels, relative to the top left corner of the list view. If there is no item at the location, GetItemAt returns nil.
