Do any body knows where can i find the M3 64V+ graphic driver,  additional informatio of the card: mx86200 ver e

Sorry couldn't find one. But you might want to try out
SciTech Display Doctor: http://www.scitechsoft.com/sdd.html
It includes a universal driver that is supposed to speed graphics processing.

This sounds like the S3 Trio64V+ chipset.  It should be supported natively in Windows95, but if you need the generic drivers, they can be found at http://www.s3.com/bbs/0main/topindex.htm
