Could you please be a bit more precise about your problem by giving us the chance to see some sample-sourcecode?

Hi Gumbi,

If I understood your question.... You need to load the registers from your table in the items property of your dbcombobox.

Try this using the oncreate event of the form:

procedure TMainForm.FormCreate(Sender: TObject);
begin
     table1.open;
     table1.first;
while not table1.eof do
     begin
          DBComboBox1.items.add(table1.FieldByName('fieldname').AsString);
         table1.next;
     end;
end;1

Regards....

Why don't you use a TDBLookupCombobox and don't fill the datasource and datafield. ?
